“…as far as the mental stuff goes…trying to enjoy things that distract me, such as doing art, which is why I wanted to, you know, participate in this in the first place. ‘Cause it’s personal, but it’s also something I enjoy doing.”

“I originally wanted to be an animator that didn’t turn out. But I’ve always been like the artsy kid. So, I have a lot of different mediums I dabble in, and I ended up like going to school for writing ultimately. …Just creativity overall is what at least gives me some kind of, I don’t know, personal satisfaction, and also a good distraction, because there’s either, you know, finding things that you’re passionate about and that you’re physically capable of doing versus just not doing anything and feeling terrible.”
