“The Chronic Pain Project has given me a safe place to connect with others in a truly joyful way. Art has always been my refuge, my shelter, my solitude, and my peace of mind. Now, I use it to share my story and bridge the gap to others. Witnessing the artwork of my peers and exchanging feedback has been one of the most joyful experiences I’ve had the privilege to be part of. Art acts as a conversation piece that sparks mutual understanding and contagious joy. If I were a doctor, I would prescribe the Chronic Pain Project to every single patient.
